Nitty Gritty Grain was born out of the idea that organic, small batch grains taste better and are better for you. Like Brigham Hill Maple, Nitty Gritty is a single-source brand. Grains are grown and produced in the Champlain Valley of Vermont.

This cornmeal-based mix can be used for pancakes or cornbread, and both taste great topped with our maple syrup! Each bag is 1 pound.
